How revphos.com measures visits.

What revphos.com measures about visits, which tools do the measuring, and how to switch it off.

What we measure

Which pages are visited, how the visitor arrived (for example a search, a LinkedIn post or an ad), the type of device and browser, and an approximate location worked out from the internet address (city and country). We also record clicks on “Book a call”.

We record how a visit moves through the site (scrolling and clicks) so we can see where pages are confusing. Anything typed into a field is masked in the browser and is never recorded.

If you ask for a quote on the pricing page, we keep the email, name and company you enter, and the modules you picked, so we can send the quote and follow up. If you buy the Sales Capability Assessment, we keep the email, name and company you enter and the number of people, so we can set up your assessment and send your receipt. Nowhere else on this site asks for your name or email. We do not sell or rent visit data or contact details to anyone.

The tools that do it

PostHog (product analytics, United States servers) measures visits and clicks. Resend (email delivery) sends the quotes you ask for. Stripe (payments) takes card payments for the assessment on its own secure page; your card details go to Stripe and never reach RevPhos.

When we run advertising, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the Google Ads tag tell LinkedIn and Google that a visit or a “Book a call” click came from one of their ads. LinkedIn and Google handle that information under their own privacy policies.

How to switch it off

Turn on “Do Not Track” in your browser and PostHog will not record your visit. Blocking cookies or third-party scripts in your browser stops the advertising tags.
