Buying the assessment online.

Who you are buying from

RevPhos is a product of Scaletech CRO Ltd, a company in British Columbia, Canada. These terms apply when you buy the Sales Capability Assessment online at revphos.com. A RevPhos platform subscription or a Guided assessment is covered by its own signed order instead.

What you get

One assessment place for each person you pay for, with a minimum of 3. Each place lets one person sit their simulated day once and receive their development profile. Managers and leaders see the results for the people they are responsible for, as described on the assessment page.

The person who buys becomes the assessment admin and can add other admins. Places are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Price and payment

You pay the price shown at checkout, in the currency shown, before the assessment is set up. Applicable sales taxes are added where they apply. Payment is taken by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe and never reach RevPhos. A receipt and an invoice are emailed to you.

Refunds

If nobody has started an assessment, you can have a full refund for 30 days after purchase. Once people have started, places that have been used are not refundable; ask us about any unused places and we will be fair. Email the address below to ask.

Your people and your results

You add only people who have agreed to take part, and you tell them how their results will be used. Results belong to your organisation. We use the information only to run the assessment for you and to improve it, as set out in our privacy notice, and we never sell it.

Results are one input to decisions about people, alongside your managers' judgement and what you know of each person. Do not use a result as the only basis for a decision about someone's job.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the assessment available, accurate and secure. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses.
